    I saw a wonderful nurse, having gone thru a lot in the last few years. She kindly listened and it really helped having someone to let go of the past. Lovely woman Friday 1 May 2026
    I had been nervous and extremely embarrassed about having to contact the doctors over a sensitive issue regarding my prescription. I was up all night the day before my appointment but soon realised I didn’t need to feel that way. My appointment was with Dr Kim Tailor and she was just amazing. I know this is an everyday thing for her but I don’t think she realised the impact her kindness and understanding has made. I feel so different and so positive and ready to work on my issues.     Ellen O’Neill is an exceptional practitioner who isn’t only highly skilled at her work, but also in supporting the mental health of her patients. Ellen went above and beyond to support me through a difficult experience and I left feeling genuinely cared about and supported. She is the definition of a family practitioner.     I contacted the surgery about my Mum's health problem. We had a very quick response and face to face appointment with Dr Howeĺl. She was excellent.     I’ve recently had a change of medication through a diabetic nurse in North Tees hospital. I’ve inquired about the medication through Yarm medical centre and a prescription was cancelled due to not being authorised. I asked for it to be authorised through the hospital, later received a message through Steph saying the request has been up dated and issued. Very professional service. Wednesday 3 December 2025
    I’ve had regular reviews with Dr Lee Chester, and he’s always made me feel like I’m being listened too and tried everything to support me as best he can. He’s extremely kind and empathetic, grateful for all of his help. Tuesday 2 December 2025
